Our Tonbridge gym is for our clients only, so no fees, no inductions and no waiting for equipment. And we are there with you every step of the way.
Running or exercising outdoors on a good day is great, but when it's raining or cold, a warm gym with your choice of music is a better place to be. We also come to your home, if you live in and around Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells or Sevenoaks.
Our equipment includes spin bikes, a water rower, a life fitness treadmill, a body core vibration plate, ViPRs, suspension trainers, a power cage, and more, along with the usual gym equipment. We keep your workout varied and challenging.
We are a team of three qualified and accredited exercise professionals, fully insured and first-aid trained.

14 years, initially as part of the One-to-One personal training team at Nizels Health and Golf Club in Sevenoaks. I started True Fit Training eight years ago, with the vision to create a unique personal fitness experience.

Firstly we assess your current health and fitness. We ask you to fill in a questionnaire, and take all the appropriate measurements. This might seem daunting, but it gives us the information we need to tailor a plan just for you. And after a few weeks, it shows you how far you've come!
All the information you provide is treated with the utmost confidentiality. It's between you and your trainer. If you have any ongoing health issues, we will ask you to speak to your doctor first, so we can make your plan safe and.

Secondly we will go through what exercise you do (if any) and get a good idea of the direction we need to go, and how hard we need to push you. Diet plays a part , too – exercise alone isn't the key – so we ask you to do a food diary. This enables us to give you advice and ideas on where you might be going wrong and how to put it right.

Now for the best bit! This is where a trainer comes into his or her own. Exercise should be fun so we make it fun. Every session is different and designed around you. No person's body, lifestyle, goals and results are the same. We are here to find what works for you.
Regular assessments are key to keeping you on track with your fitness goals. Whether it's taking measurements or checking your food diary, you need to see the progress you are making, or if things need to be changed to get you back on the right path.
