Alex Rich

I have been working in the fitness industry for 10 years, initially as part of the One-to-One personal training team at Nizels Health and Golf Club in Sevenoaks. I started True Fit Training seven years ago, with the vision to create a unique personal fitness experience.

HEALTH AND FITNESS ASSESSMENT

We ask you to fill in a questionnaire, and take your measurements. This might seem daunting, but it gives us the information we need to tailor a plan  just for you.

FITNESS AND NUTRITION PLAN

We go through your current exercise regime nd ask you to do a food diary. We can then give you advice on where you might be going wrong, and how to put it right.

time to get sweaty!

This is where a trainer comes into his or her own. Exercise should be fun, so we make it fun, and varied, designed around you.

monitoring progress

Regular assessments help to keep you on track with your fitness goals. You need to see the progress you are making.
